Boyne Island State School is
an inclusive school catering for students with a disability. The classroom provides a learning environment
where each student is encouraged to achieve their individual potential and
maximise independence.
Individual support plans are created to support
each student to access the curriculum at a standard appropriate to their needs
and goals.
The Guidance Officer –
Intervention, manages teachers and support personnel to help provide in-class
support and case management for students with disabilities.
